Shipping Policy
- Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.
- Delivery Times
- Switzerland: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 6 to 10 business days
- International: Up to 30 business days
A tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships (applies only for express deliveries).
- Shipping Costs
- Switzerland: Free shipping from CHF 120. Otherwise, parcel: CHF 3,90 for standard shipping, CHF 4,90 for express shipping.
- Europe: Free shipping from €150. Otherwise, parcel: €5,90 for standard shipping, 7,90 for express shipping.
- International: Free shipping from €200 (USA/Canada) and €300 (South America/Africa). Otherwise, parcel: €60.
- Taxes and Customs Fees
Our parcels are shipped from Switzerland. Deliveries to countries outside Switzerland (including EU member states) may therefore be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are levied directly by your country's customs authorities and remain your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and recommend checking with your local customs authority in advance to find out the possible costs. If payment is refused, the parcel will be returned to us, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Delivery to the United Kingdom
Orders to the United Kingdom are only possible for amounts over €135. Customs fees and 20% VAT will apply upon receipt of the parcel. Shipping cost: €24.
- Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcel
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or is returned following a refusal or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
