Shipping Policy

  1. Processing and Shipping Times
    Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.

  2. Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 4 to 14 business days

  • International: Up to 30 business days

A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

  1. Shipping Fees

  • Switzerland: Free shipping for orders over 120 CHF. Otherwise, shipping fee: 10 CHF

  • Europe: Free shipping for orders over €150. Otherwise, shipping fee: €14

  • International:
    • Free shipping for orders over €200 (USA/Canada)
    • Free shipping for orders over €300 (South America/Africa)
    • Otherwise, shipping fee: €60

  1. Taxes and Customs Duties
    Taxes and customs duties may apply for deliveries outside Switzerland and the European Union. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local customs authorities.

  2. Shipping to the United Kingdom
    Orders to the UK are only available for purchases over €135. Customs duties and 20% VAT will apply upon receipt. Shipping fee: €24.

  3. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package
    If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or is returned due to refusal or failure to collect, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
